Subscription purchased in sandbox but cannot cancel it anymore

Hello,

I am working on an app with subscriptions IAP. I purchased the subscription and the device allowed me to purchase it in sandbox with my logged in apple account even though it is not a sandbox tester account.

Now I am unable to cancel the subscription as my apple account says I don't have any subscriptions and sandbox account is not signed.

How do I cancel this subscription now? How can I find out the email id associated with the purchase?

If you can sign in with your sandbox Apple ID in your first screenshot, taping your signed in sandbox Apple ID lets you navigate to your sandbox account settings page which will contain your subscriptions. If you don’t know your sandbox Apple ID, you can check your sandbox testers list in App Store Connect under Users and Access.

Keep in mind subscriptions is sandbox by default will only auto-renew 12x and then auto-cancels after.

But from your notes I’m guessing you were testing with TesstFlight, if so it also cancels after 12 renewals. Tho if you wanted to see that same manage subs experience for TestFlight, you would need to use the in-app manage subs API. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/appstore/3803198-showmanagesubscriptions

Thanks App Store Commerce Engineer for your reply. I did a few things like uninstalled the app, restarted the phone and waited 24 hours. I don't know what may have caused the issue originally, but seems like these steps reset my environment and I am able to purchase again. I am using Cordova IAP plugin and seems like it could have cached the data which could be causing it to believe that the subscription was already purchased. So for now this issue is resolved for me.
