PostgreSQL 16 not opening (pgAdmin 4)

Hi everyone,

Today I updated my iOS to Sonoma and since then I have been struggling to run pgAdmin 4. It shows the below message at the start.

pgAdmin 4 quit unexpectedly

After hitting on any of the options shown it just shut.

Any help would be much appreciated.

There are two ways to install pgadmin.

Using the PostgreSQL bundle that will install the postgresql server, pgadmin and everything else
Installing only PgAdmin.

Download the latest pgadmin from here https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/pgadmin/pgadmin4/v8.2/macos/ and install it. Do not delete the previously installed pgadmin or anything yet and try the newly installed pgadmin, if it works, simply delete the old one and replace it with the new one in the applications folder.

I believe this can be resolved by navigating to pgAdmin 4 in Finder, CTRL + click -> Get Info, then select 'Open using Rosetta'
