How to use Testflight App parallel to Appstore Version

We are using testflight to test our app. Meanwhile we already have the app running in a production version in the appstore. How can I install the prod version from the appstore and also the test version from testflight on one device? We need both versions one for testing new features and the production one for using the app for ourselves.

They both have the same bundle id so you can't. The only way to do so would be to temporarily change the bundle id of the TF version. Why do you need to have both installed simultaneously? You say "we" so surely you must have more than one phone? So why do both versions have to be on the same phone?
