BUG: App store not accessible with mobile data

Recently, I got the issue. When Mobile data is enabled and tries to open the App Store that time getting such type of error "Cannot Connect"

"Something went wrong. Please try again."

I tried many time and getting same error.

If I enabled wifi and it's open and not getting any error.

Device details: 14 Pro Max IOS Version: 17.0.3

I checked all the settings and there are issues with setting.

I don't know. How to delete this? That's why adding a comment here.
