Switch to V2 with endpoint change not working in sandbox

Our live app uses V1 notifications in both production and sandbox. We deployed a new endpoint, registered it in the App Store, and switched to V2 for Sandbox only. After that, we created a subscription from a debug build with a sandbox account. This resulted in our old endpoint still being hit with V1 notifications. Do you have any idea what are we missing?

  • Hello! If you attempted the test right after the update, it might be the updated link just didn’t propagate throughout the system yet.   • Thanks for reply. I tried multiple times over couple of days, but didn't see any change, so it's probably not the propagation issue. I also submitted the ticket FB13463799 6 days ago, but didn't receive any response in the meantime. What is the expected time to get reply on a support ticket? Do you have any proposal on what else to try? Does this switch require any other action then just providing the endpoint and doing the update in the ASC? We did release as well, but it didn't help.
