code signing problems without developer memberships.

I'm not able to run my app on my device as Xcode is unable to create a provisioning profile for my app without the paid developer membership.

I followed the troubleshooting steps on stack overflow here but to no avail.

Any help?

  • Things work fine on the simulator. Problems arise only when trying to run on the device. it says cannot find provisioning profile. Can I manually make one and download it?

Cant manually make a provisioning profile either as the page for provisioning profiles is only accessible to members.

I got a developer membership as it was time to start cloud testing. At the time, I was still not able to load the app until I turned on 'Developer mode' in settings>privacy and security.

Do check that setting and make sure its ON.
