Developer application processing delayed, support not responding

Hello!

I submitted my application for developer status over 5 days ago, although the website states that processing takes up to 48 hours. Unfortunately, support has not responded for 3 days now.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Are there any ways to speed up the process or contact support more efficiently? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!
