I have experienced a consistent bug with screen time in IOS 18 DB1. It just doesn’t work, but the limits still function. I cannot access screen time settings (it just crashes) nor can I disable screen time from within a blocked app itself. Have not found any workaround.

I Hope this can be looked at and resolved by the next update.

I understand, and this is an issue we're aware of (FB13932765 ), but we're not aware of any recommended workaround so far. If you find something that helps you avoid the issue, please share it with the community by coming back and posting it here.
Same issue here. Unfortunately I have set my X app to 2hrs. Now I can’t skip for the day and I can’t increase the screen time as it crashes
Having same issue, and my kids screen time is no longer set.
it doesn’t allow me to save the set up of screen when trying to access theirs under Family settings, either.
Please rush update for this fix.
Still happening after beta 2 I'm afraid
I am still logged out of my apps, every time I go to access the screen time settings I get kicked out of the settings app.
Yes, Screen time app itself is crashing. I am locked out my IG & all the social media apps for so long. I was hopeful that it will be fixed on Beta 2, but they still haven't fixed this feature.
It's annoying and discouraging that Apple engineers didn't test one of test features and pushed a buggy release with no way to reverting to the IOS17 without resetting your phone. I wouldn't try developer ios ever again.
I’m having the same issue but on iOS 18 beta 1
Potential Workaround: Hey, I had the same issue but on iPadOS 18 (22A5297f), settings crashed when trying to go to screen-time menu, but my iPhone which is iOS 18 beta 2 screen-time settings where still functioning so i have deleted the app limits on my iPhone, change my date manually on my iPad to tomorrow so the apps are enabled again, and reverted the date by automatically syncing it.
Now the app limits are removed and I’m able to access the apps on my iPad. Screen-time menu in settings still crashes though but at least the app limits have been successfully removed.
Potentially you could try on another device thats connected to the same iCloud account , remove the app limits and see if the way I tried works on your iPhone as well.
I was able to resolve this issue by backing up iPhone to iCloud completely then erasing iPhone completely. Then restore from backup then I was able to access screen time. And remove all limits.

i was experiencing the same issue and my boyfriend found that manually setting time and date to the following day then returning to automatically set time and date reset the time restrictions for apps. Bit of a pain but seemed to be a simple work around until a patch can be sorted

the screentime issue is still present in public beta 1. im trying to disable the screentime from another device. i am not sure if that is going to work because when i fill in the code for the screentime, it just doesn't work.
I'm getting the same crash on both the ios18 and ipados18 public betas
Working now iPhone 15 Pro Max dev beta 3.1 (update on beta 3 Monday). Tried on iPad Pro 13” M4 1TB and works on that too. No crashing and can successfully adjust parameters etc.
