IOS 18 Automatically Reboot

I let my iPhone charge, and after about 5 minutes, it shut down and became very hot, unable to boot the OS. I removed the charging cable, and eventually, it booted up. However, once the OS loaded, the phone became extremely laggy and almost unusable.

Here's a scenario: I set an alarm for 10:30 AM and received a time-sensitive message from the Pillow app. After the phone booted up, the message kept notifying repeatedly, causing the phone to overheat and laggy.

I suspect that the issue stems from Instagram. Every time I reboot my phone, I have to log back into my Instagram accounts. After deleting Instagram, the phone no longer lags, but it still has a problem where app icons do not display correctly.

Same with my ipad , idk why it's happening in the same time around the world

try go settings / wallpaper and / focus , go in there make sure your previous setups are showing up , try setup again if it is missing . Note i still get auto reboot on certain app , but should at least resolve Any unexpected robooting on the main page .
