I am using iPhone 14 Pro Max with the public beta and when I click on the screen time on the settings it freezes up the iPhone and lags and when it does open and I try to put a passcode it freezes and closes the app and idk if anyone is having the same problem or not

This is happening to me too, all my Screen Time settings got deleted. So far I don’t think there are any workarounds to this.
Yes, if you search these forums you'll see lots of reports of this bug.
But the Developer Forums aren't really the right place to raise bugs in a new version of an OS. Apple's engineers aren't reading through these pages to see if anyone's found a bug.
These forums are for third-party developers writing apps for Apple's platforms to discuss issues with their code.
