We have an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator & Microsoft Authenticator) with a push notification feature. From past 2 weeks we are not receiving push notifications in the app. Any changes made recently in Apple Firebase which would impact the push notification functionality.
There is no such thing as "Apple Firebase". Firebase is a 3rd party push notification provider. If you are using Firebase, you should contact them first to find out if there has been any issues sending your notifications.
There is Apple Push Notifications System (APNs), and there wouldn't be any changes made that would completely break your push notifications.
The issue is either on your end, or with your push provider (Firebase, or whomever it might be).
If you can share the apns-id of a push that was sent but not received, we can take a look at what we see in our logs. We need this failed push to be in the past couple days - we can't check anything older than 7 days.
