Couldn't Load Apps TestFlight is currently unavailable. Try again.

I've been getting this error when opening TestFlight since this morning. I tried restarting the network, re-install testflight, updating my iPhone, and re-logging with my Apple ID.

This error prevents me from installing or updating all apps linked to my account, so I don't think it's related to a particular app permission.

Well, I solved it (or it solved itself while I tried things).

This is what I tried:

  • Removed apple id from iPhone (from the web)
  • Add the apple id to the iPhone (from the iPhone)
  • Uninstalled testflight
  • Restart the iPhone
  • Installed testfligh on my mac
  • You can see all apps you have tested (WHY IS THIS NOT SHOWN ON MOBILE NOR ON THE WEB??????????!)
  • Removed the apps I'm not currently testing from the mac testflight
  • Reinstalled Testflight on the iPhone
  • Open Testflight, it worked...

Couldn't Load Apps TestFlight is currently unavailable. Try again.

But the Apple status pages states TestFlight is functioning correctly.

Encountering the Same problem since yesterday 20 Feb 2025.

TestFlight shows "Couldn't Load Apps TestFlight is currently unavailable. Try again."

Have tried lots of different suggestions provided in this forum and other online articles, such as logout and relogin, uninstall TestFlight and reinstall it, remove and add my account back to the tester list under Apple Connect... but none of these can resolve this issue.

App Store Connect Engineer and Apple Support, please further investigate and fix this issue asap. As this is blocking our app's testing schedule, and will affect our release schedule.

Still having the same problem since yesterday. Had already sent support ticket but haven't got any reply yet, and the issue still occurring.

Same here, tried above mentioned steps as well without any luck. Issue persists since Feb. 20, 2025, first noticed around 8 pm UTC.

Our app has the same issue. TestFlight prompts: “Couldn't Load Apps TestFlight is currently unavailable. Try again.”

Our team has the same issue also since Feb 20, 2025. Reinstalling TestFlight and restarting device do not help.

This is blocking our testing effort and jeopardizing our release schedule.
