How to publish medical app being a sole proprietorship?

Hi,

I’m a doctor who has developed an app to address the common questions I’ve encountered from patients. I operate under a sole proprietorship registered in India.

Apple is preventing me from publishing my medical app through an individual account and has not responded to my request to switch to an organization account.

It’s been over a week, and I’ve invested significant effort into this project, which is now causing a great deal of anxiety. Can anyone advise me on what steps I should take next?

I sent a message to the apple support. They requested details, and it's been a while since I shared those.

They haven't communicated whether they are doing it or not. So I am kind of stuck in uncertainty.

An organization account is not readily available to create for Sole Proprietors.

I would call them up at a local office and say that I would like to cancel my personal developer account, requesting a refund. If I cannot get a refund, I would keep a personal account and then open a corporate account.
