App Store Connect crashes when configuring App Clip default experience (appClipDefaultExperience undefined)

Same issue here. Attempting to edit any app info field doesn't work - and our existing app clip information has all been wiped.

If anyone has a solution one day, we will gladly take it. We cannot submit a new version currently because of this bug

Same issue. We haven’t been able to submit an app update for almost a week. We’ve filed a bug ticket and reached out to support—no response so far.

Hello! We still cannot upload an update of the AppClip, since the form is KO, when trying to setting the title, the subtitle or the image of the AppClip.

When tapping the button save, it turns red with an exclamation mark.

And when looking at the Inspector, we can see the error Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 409 (), on /iris/v1/appClipDefaultExperiences.

We have no news on the bug ticket. Could you please help us?

@azdzadazsqsx Thanks for this, We're unable to share any updates on specific reports on the forums, however I would encourage you to try the new 26.5 beta and let me know if that build fixes your issue.

@DTS Engineer We try uploading with the new 26.5 beta. Unfortunatly, it doesn't help. The app clip section in the form of the product page is still KO when saving.

Since we have no answer in the bug ticket we submitted FB22334662, could you please ask a tech member to help us with this issue? We are totally stuck in deploying a version of the app clip

@azdzadazsqsx I successfully submitted the new version via the App Store Connect API while the webpage was broken. I can now submit the next version through the webpage.
