I submitted a Family Controls Framework Entitlement request on April 16, 2026 for my iOS app (Team ID: U3BVGVPCEH). After 11 days, the request still shows "Submitted" with no status update or email communication.
I submitted two additional requests on April 20 and April 23 thinking the first had failed (no confirmation email was ever received). All three show "Submitted":

Can anyone help me a bit? I cannot distribute my app by Testflight and I need it for my PhD.
