Apple Developer Account Shows “Closed” Status but App is Ready for Distribution – Unable to Access App Store Connect

Hi,

I can sign in to my Apple ID, but my Apple Developer account shows a “closed” status and I’m unable to access App Store Connect features.

My app is currently showing “Ready for Distribution,” so the account appears active, but developer access is restricted.

I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support and am waiting for their response. Also, I temporarily can’t access my primary email due to a verification issue, so I’ve provided an alternate contact email and phone number in my support request.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation or knows possible reasons for a “closed” developer status while the app remains approved?

I am still unable to access my developer account, and my account currently shows a “closed” status.

I also want to clarify that I do not have access to my primary Apple ID email inbox but i can login into my apple id , so please contact me via this email or my phone number.

My app is already showing "Ready for Distribution", but I am unable to manage it due to this restriction.

Kindly provide an update or let me know if any additional information is required from my side.

I would like to respectfully request an update regarding my developer account review.

Approximately four weeks ago, I provided the requested information and explanation in response to Developer Support's email regarding reinstatement of the original membership. Since then, I have received a message indicating that the matter was under review and that I would be updated as soon as possible, but I have not yet received any further information.

My application was a finance tracking application, and prior to the account closure I did not receive any policy violation notice, warning, or request for corrective action. Because of this, I am still unclear about the reason for the account closure and would appreciate any status update that can be provided.

I also note that my application continues to display a "Ready for Distribution" status, which adds to my confusion regarding the current state of the developer account and membership.

I fully respect Apple's policies and have cooperated with all requests from Developer Support. If any additional information or verification is required from my side, I would be happy to provide it. @Developer Program Support Thank you for your time and assistance.

I acknowledge that my appeal for reinstatement has been denied and that the decision is final. However, I would respectfully request clarification regarding the circumstances that led to the termination of my membership.

Prior to the termination, I did not receive any warning, policy violation notice, or request for corrective action. Additionally, my application continued to display a "Ready for Distribution" status, which made it difficult for me to understand the reason for the account termination.

Throughout this process, I made every effort to cooperate with Developer Support and provide any information requested. Because I was unable to identify the specific issue that resulted in termination, I would appreciate any additional clarification that can be provided regarding the basis for the decision.

Furthermore, I would like to inquire whether any refund or partial refund options are available for the Apple Developer Program membership fee associated with the terminated account, given that I no longer have access to the program benefits.

I understand that the reinstatement decision is final. My request is only for clarification and information regarding any available refund options.
