High Sierra: "Can't be downloaded at this time"

I am trying to download and install the High Sierra Public Beta. My Mac is running 10.12.5.

I'm registered in the Public Beta Test program. I have downloaded the app Install macOS High Sierra Beta. When I run the app (from within App Store) it does some work then responds with a notification:

"Installation requires downloading important content. That content can't be downloaded at this time. Try again later."

Has anyone else had this ? Is there a problem with the 10.13 downloads ?

Thanks.

Garry.

I can tell you that I've tried several times and finally today I got it to work by re-downloading the installer. It seems either there was an issue with the download servers or I had to have the combination of 10.12.6 and the new installer. In any case I'd say worth another try to ensure you're on 10.12.6, and re-download the developer beta access utility.
