Developer Subscription enrollment not completing.

Hello guys.

It's been 2 weeks since I paid for my developer account and I haven't received access to the developer tools yet.

I finished all the process and still nothing, the money has also been charged from my bank account.

Also I contacted https://developer.apple.com/contact/ but I haven't received any answer from them.

I don't know how to proceed.

Upon reviewing your account, it appears that Developer Support has reached out to you on May 12th, to request for additional information. Please review the email and follow the instruction to move forward.

There is a case that you've opened as well. If you do not see the email from May 12th, please wait for Developer Support to contact you regarding your open case.
