On the IOS 27.0 on my IP 16PM, I see it reduce heat significantly and after the next update, I see many bugs like keyboard stuck on tiktok app and heat more than 27.0. May I know it is the tiktok app issue or bug?

Thank you for your post. iOS 27.1 has not yet been released, so I presume you are referring to iOS 27 beta 1. Have you tried the same app in beta 2?
Additionally, a third-party app not functioning in beta is likely a binary comparability issue. The third-party developer is probably aware of the issue and will release a new binary before iOS 27 is released. However, you are welcome to inform them about the issue by contacting them through their website or the App Store contact information.
