Spiraling with app rejections

I've run into numerous rejections for my app with "similar binary code..." and marking my app as spam. I'm not sure what else I can do at this point and would love some tips on what exactly I'm doing wrong, if anything, or whether I should abandon my project.

Happy to provide more context once I'm clear whether this is specific to the app submission details or actual code of my app.

I'm afraid you are not helping yourself at all. There is no description of the app. There is no list of keywords. You don't write exactly what the reviewer has said. All you write is that your app has been labeled spam and rejected. That's all.
