Hi Apple Developer Community,

My app was rejected under Guideline 2.3.2 because I accidentally uploaded the wrong promotional image.

I want to remove the image as instructed by App Review, but the IAP is currently Ready for Review, and the image is locked. There is no option to remove or replace it, and the Save/Add for Review buttons are disabled.

I have already contacted Apple Developer Support (Case ID: 102955732091) and am waiting for a response.

Has anyone faced this issue? Is there a way to unlock the IAP metadata, or does Apple need to remove the image from their side?
