Hello, I have submitted a release 6 days ago, got approved, it was a manual release, so it was Pending For Developper, I release it. The new version usually show up after few hours on the store, now it's more then 6 days and it's not showing up yet! I sent a support request (case 102995489750), still nothing and it's already 5 days, what the hell?
Then I decided to release another build, thinking it will unstuck it, now i made it that it release automatically upon approval, samething, now my version 1.10.1 has been Ready for Distribution for 25 hours (Apple have a 24 hours rule, that's already past that), the same issue, this version is not showing up in the store. I have nothing pending in agreement, everything is clean.
This is really annoying. Anyone had suffered the same experience? Is there anymore support I can get, like can I call someone. This is insane that it takes so much time to get support for my request.
If your new version contains creative assets that are still in "Poster Frame Processing" status, your release will hang.
If you need to release this new version urgently, you can temporarily remove the videos with the "Poster Frame Processing" status. Once removed, your new version should become available on the App Store soon.

Btw, an ASC engineer replied in another thread (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/851955), stating that they are investigating, but no updates so far.
