Our iOS app, Cloud 9 Evo, was initially submitted on October 2, 2026, and we are still waiting for approval.
Apple rejected the app on October 13 due to CallKit restrictions in mainland China. We immediately addressed the issue by removing China from distribution and resubmitted the app the same day.
Since then, the app has remained "Waiting for Review" with no progress.
We have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times, but all we receive are generic responses stating that the review is proceeding normally and no further action is required.
It has now been over two weeks since our initial submission, and our production release and related work are completely blocked because of this delay.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite repeatedly reaching out to Apple Support and promptly resolving the issue they identified, we still have no clear explanation, estimated review timeline, or meaningful assistance. It's disappointing that such a critical part of our release process remains stalled with no indication of when it will move forward.
Why is the review taking so long, even after resolving the reported issue? Is there any way to get an actual update or escalate this further?
Is anyone else currently facing similar delays?
