Our app (iOS 1.0.0, build 3) was submitted on October 6. App Review asked for information under Guideline 2.1, and we answered completely on October 7. The status has been “Waiting for Review” since October 8. That is 12 days with no message and no movement.
We have emailed Developer Support twice. We got automatic replies saying someone would respond shortly, and nothing since. We are a small team and cannot plan anything while we have no idea what is happening. We are not asking for special treatment, only for a straight answer: is something blocking our review, and if not, when can we expect it to start?
Has anyone else been stuck like this, and does anyone know a channel that actually gets a reply?
