Our large-scale competitive multiplayer feature, Guild Conquest, launched on September 15, is experiencing critical issues, including a bug that prevents players from defeating a boss. These issues are directly affecting active players and disrupting normal gameplay progression.
On October 13, our update was rejected due to an issue with an App Store screenshot. We corrected the screenshot and requested a re-review within approximately two hours.
However, the review did not resume, so we withdrew the original submission and submitted a new build on October 19. The latest submission remains in "Waiting for Review" status, preventing us from delivering the necessary critical fixes to our players.
