I am experiencing a longer than usual wait time for my app submission and wanted to see if anyone else is facing similar delays or has advice on how to proceed.
My app (App ID: 6759314623) has been in the review cycle for over 20 days now. Because of this, we unfortunately missed our planned release date of November 2nd.
In the past, our approvals usually came through within 3 to 4 days. Here is the timeline of our current submission process:
October 5: First submission made.
October 15: App required updates after 10 days in review. We applied the necessary fixes and resubmitted the same day.
October 22: After waiting another week with no status change, I suspected a submission issue. I cancelled that submission and resubmitted.
To try and resolve this, I have already taken the following steps:
Created a support ticket directly for Apple Review.
Submitted an expedited review request.
Attempted to schedule a call with the review team. The earliest available slot was for November 5th, but I have not received a confirmation for this appointment yet.
The app is still pending review, and we have not received any additional messages from the App Review team requesting information.
Has anyone else experienced review times exceeding three weeks recently? Since I have already tried the standard support tickets and expedited requests, is there any other recommended way to get an update on the status?
