My app, has been in Waiting for Review since 14 October, 12 days now, and the status hasn’t changed at all.
What I’ve done so far:
Requested an expedited review, which Apple approved on 23 October. Three days later it’s still Waiting for Review.
Opened a support case on 20 October (case 103002572596). No reply after 6 days, including a follow-up sent yesterday.
Checked that agreements, tax and banking are all Active, with no messages in App Store Connect or Resolution Center.
The demo account and review notes are in App Review Information, and nothing has changed since submission.
My questions:
Would removing the build from review and resubmitting it help, or would that just put me back at the end of the queue and cancel the expedited approval?
Is there anything else that can hold up a new developer account’s first submission (an account check or similar) that I should look for?
Has anyone had a stuck review like this, and what eventually moved it?
