My app Cooo - Relax, Sleep & Ambience (Apple ID: 6815477126) has been stuck in waiting for review status for more than 14 days after I resubmited promptly (same day) to the last review rejection for a missing EULA link. I had requested an expedited review for this and have tried submitting several tickets requesting a status or review but have received no response and there is no option for phone support or call back. There is a red exclamation mark still showing next to the app icon in app store conenct but I confirm that all messages were responded to, the app was updated and submitted more than 14 days ago, shows "waiting for review status", all forms in my account are active and up to date, and no other options for actions from my end in app store connect. This is completely blocking our launch and timeline.
