Oyelo rejected under 4.3(a)/(b) and 4.2.6 - original language-learning app, appeal submitted

Hi,

My app Oyelo was rejected under Guidelines 4.3(a), 4.3(b) (Spam) and 4.2.6 (App Generation Services). I've answered the questions in App Store Connect and submitted an appeal, but I'd appreciate advice in case I'm missing something.

What the app does. Oyelo teaches a language from real speech the learner has heard. You record a lesson or conversation (or import audio), the app transcribes it on device, and you make flashcards from the transcript - by hand or with on-device Apple Intelligence. Each card stays linked to the moment in the recording, and during review the app plays that exact fragment in the original voice. All exercises (meaning, listening, gap-fill in the original sentence, dictation, speaking) are built from the user's own audio and scheduled with spaced repetition. I'm not aware of another app that works this way.

About 4.2.6: the app was designed and developed by me. No template, app builder or content library was used, and it wasn't made for a client. Apart from a low-level audio recording and transcription layer I reuse in my own projects, the app was built specifically for this product.

My question: is there anything beyond the written answers that helps App Review evaluate an app like this - a demo video, a call? Has anyone resolved a similar 4.3 / 4.2.6 rejection, and what made the difference?

Thanks!
