Our first iOS submission has been in "Waiting for Review" since October 6, 2026. The status has not changed, and App Review has not sent us any message.

This is the app's first version. The same submission includes its first in-app purchases: two auto-renewable subscriptions in one group and three consumable credit packs. All agreements, tax and banking are active, and there are no open messages in App Store Connect.
What we have tried:

- Opened a Developer Support case (App Review Status): 103011140929
We have not withdrawn or resubmitted, so that we do not lose our place in the queue.
Could someone from App Review look at this submission or escalate it?
