After installed ios 11.1 beta 1, battery drains 4% per hour, even if the iphone is not touched. My iphone is an iPhone 7 Plus.
I had already optimized the brightness, background process and as well location services.
For the moment I have activated battery low power.
I hope that we see very soon a 2nd beta!!!
Apart of the battery draining I see also same usage and standby time with no thirdparty applications installed!!!
I think the only solution is to rollback to 11.0.1 and wait the next beta.
Good luck trying to roll back as you will just make things worst. Wait for the next beta.

Same issue here, switching to low power mode did not help! my Iphone7 battery barely lasts for 6 hours now! even with minimal usage
Finally I decided to say on the release and wait for the next beta, expecting it will be soon.
Although another observation is that i see same usage and stanby time (the phone was already restored as a new one with no applications at all)!!!
Also encountered this problem in my iPhone 7 Plus.
I read somewhere that you need to turn-off Assistive Touch.
So far, battery life is back to normal.

if you have assistive touch on please close it, because it drains the battery. After turn it off my battery draining stopped!!!

My iphone 7 on iOS 11.1 is draining faster than what it was with iOS11. 😟
I had my iphone with 100% battery at 1 AM. My iphone was in standby mode after that and in the morning at around 8:30 it was 28%.
See my answer above. Turn off assistive touch if you have it on and your battery will stop draining.
I have had the same issues with iPhone 7. Overnight I am losing 10% battery drain per hour. This is when the watch is switched off and also so are my apps.
I am reverting to Ios11 as a result.
How true is this?
Turninight off assistive touch remedied my battery drain issues immediately.
