I need to provide an invoice to my work for payment of the developer account. Is there anywhere I can download the invoice? I can't see a receipt in my emails.

I couldn't access the receipts through the purchase history as some people suggested. I'm not sure if there's a restriction for Brazil, but the only solution I found was to contact support.
The supervisor I spoke with told me that it's currently not possible to access receipts through the purchase history and that contacting them by phone or email is the only way to get them.
Here's the process I followed:
- I went to https://developer.apple.com/contact/topic/select
- Clicked on "Subscription and account"
- Selected "Program purchase and renewal"
- Was redirected to https://developer.apple.com/contact/topic/SC1101/subtopic/30007/solution/select
- Chose the Phone option, though Email was also available.
I made sure to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of access through the history. If you run into the same issue, I recommend you give your feedback too.

I think they are not providing the proper payment receipt (like the PDFs Google is giving out) on purpose to avoid tax or issues with local law.
What I do for our accounting is to download the CSV reports. If the month's payout has been transferred, they will have a transfer ID with the exchanged amount at the bottom of the CSV. All you have to do is match this with the transaction in your bank statement, and it's good for our accounting audit.
By any means, this is totally unprofessional on Apple's part. If Google can give out proper payment receipts, Apple should do too. But well what can we do? Hope some day they get into trouble with EU again over this.
