Will special entitlements like Screentime API remain valid when transferring an app?
Certain entitlements require special permission from Apple like DriverKit or Screentime API/Family controls. Those entitlements are tied to the bundle IDs of the app. If those entitlements have been granted for an app from developer A (personal account) and we transfer that app to developer B (organization account), including the bundle IDs, will those bundle IDs keep the entitlement? Or will we need to re-request from the developer account B? Any insights or experiences regarding this process would be greatly appreciated.

Feedback Assistant, Apple Feedback wants me to install beta software
How to report a bug says "With Feedback Assistant available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web, it’s easy to report issues you encounter". The Feedback Assistant User Guide says "Tell Apple about your experience with beta or seed releases". Is Feedback Assistant only intended for reporting bugs in beta software? A year ago I reported a bug in Xcode 14 and now I'm being asked to verify this issue with Xcode 16 Beta 3. I'm not a beta tester and I don't want to install beta software. How should I proceed?

Cannot see Beta Update option for Developer Beta (no matter the device platform)
Apple Developer Support stated that they don’t have any technical support for this and suggested posting in the Forums or Feedback Assistant app. Hoping someone here may have encountered this before and maybe has a fix. On any of my devices (macOS, visionos, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and iOS) Beta Update will not show Developer Beta as an option for my Apple Account/ID. The only option would be Public Beta. As visionOS is only available for Developer Beta, this wouldn’t help with my workflow unfortunately. My question is whether anyone here has seen that Developer Beta did not show up under Beta Update and what they had to do to get that fixed.

NEED HELP !! my developer account was suddenly flagged for deletion/ Pending Termination
Upon further review of the activity associated with your Apple Developer Program membership, it's been determined that your membership, or a membership associated with your account, has been used for dishonest or fraudulent activity, in violation of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. Given the severity of the identified issues, your account has been flagged for removal. Because your account has been flagged for removal, any earnings payments are paused and app transfers are disabled. Creating new accounts after receiving this message may result in the termination of the new or associated accounts. Evidence of Dishonest or Fraudulent Activity App submissions from your account have repeatedly violated the App Review Guidelines in an attempt to evade the review process. After multiple resubmissions, the guideline violation(s) detailed to you in prior correspondence remain unresolved. what to do now

My account holder access is blocked
The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?

Unable to verify my identity for Apple Developer account enrollment
Initially, I had some issues enrolling in the individual Apple developer program. Then, I contacted support via email, and they finally requested that I verify my identity. I submitted my national ID for verification and then received an email stating that my identity was verified. After that, I tried to enroll in the Apple developer program, but the issue persisted even after they instructed me to proceed. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my identity was not verified. Here is the exact wording from the email: "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

Membership renewal
Hello. My developer membership is expired. I cannot renew because the renewal option/button does not appears in any device. A banner tells me: "Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect." However, there's no "Renew" to tap or click anywhere in the app nor in the web. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

iOS 18.2 Beta WKWebView Navigation Breaking loadFileURL for Local Files
I am experiencing a critical issue with WKWebView navigation in iOS 18.2 beta, specifically regarding the function webView.loadFileURL(_:allowingReadAccessTo:). In previous versions of iOS, this function works as expected when loading valid file URLs from the app’s local directory (e.g., Application Support). However, in iOS 18.2 beta, the function fails to complete the navigation, producing a provisional navigation failure with WebKitErrorDomain, code 102 (Frame load interrupted). This issue severely impacts our app’s ability to load essential local resources, breaking core functionality. Here’s a summary of the troubleshooting steps and findings: File and Directory Verification: The url provided to loadFileURL is valid. Both the file path and parent directory exist within the app’s sandbox, and the directory is accessible. Configuration: The code specifies the parent directory in the allowingReadAccessTo parameter to meet sandboxing requirements, which works on iOS 18.1 and prior releases. Testing on Stable iOS Versions: The issue is exclusive to iOS 18.2 beta; testing on earlier stable iOS releases confirms that the function works as intended. Impact: This regression severely disrupts the app’s navigation and content loading, effectively blocking access to local resources required for the WKWebView to display content properly. Automatically Rejected from Apple Developer Program; Denied Explanation
Looking for advice: I've been automatically rejected from Apple's Developer Program without an explanation. Hi everyone, It seems I’ve hit a brick wall, so I’m reaching out to see if anyone here has experienced something similar to this or has any advice or resources to share. I recently attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but my application was immediately denied after submission. Within one second of submitting my driver’s license, the app stated that Apple was unable to verify my identity and that I needed to reach out to Developer Support for further assistance. When I first contacted Developer Support for clarification, the representative was happy to help. After being taken off hold, she said she couldn't offer any more information, but assured me that I'd later receive an email with further details related to my account and next steps. However, instead of steps to resolve the issue, I received a denial email repeating the same message about being unable to verify my identity (screenshot attached). I’ve since spoken to multiple representatives and supervisors, and, while everyone was initially polite and understanding, it changed after I was taken off hold. Here’s what I’ve been told: The decision is final, and there is no possibility of escalation or appeal. The supervisors themselves, despite being the final decision makers, have no access to the specific reason for applicants’ denial and, thus, could not provide any additional details. I was also invited to join Apple's “Xcode program,” which I found out just means they’ll allow me to buy Xcode from the app store and use it without a developer account (I already do that). Every time a support representative reread the sentence about being “unable to verify [my] identity,” I responded by offering to provide additional forms of identification. However, that offer was never addressed. The last senior advisor I spoke with stated to me over the phone that: She was the highest authority on the matter. There was absolutely no way to escalate the issue further; it was 100% impossible. She physically did not have access to the reason for my denial. Neither she nor anyone else at Apple was able to offer further assistance. I asked this senior advisor to send me an email with the above points in writing, which she said she would do. However, the email I received was a virtual copy-paste of the email from the first support representative, stating the same few sentences verbatim. This has left me deeply confused, especially as no specific reason for denial has been shared, and since I was explicitly denied any opportunity to address (or even get information on) potential issues. I’d like to ask this community: Has anyone else experienced this sort of immediate rejection and/or a refusal to disclose the reason for that rejection? Are there specific guidelines or policies I may have unknowingly violated that I should review? If so, what could be the reason why they’re being withheld from me? Are there any resources or alternative channels I can explore to resolve this issue? I’m so thoroughly confused, and I’m genuinely at a loss with how to move forward. Enrollment: Documentation needed
I tried already twice to enroll to the developer program and I'm stuck again at the same point after receiving an email from Apple program stating: "Please note that we still need the documentation we requested two weeks ago in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents”." Except I've never received such an email and I don't know which documents I should upload. I tried to contact by mail or phone the assistance but I never managed to succeed in having a response. Mapping between opaque review IDs and old numeric IDs
I have an existing system that fetches reviews for an app from the following URL: https://itunes.apple.com/en/rss/customerreviews/?id=[numeric app ID] The response from this URL gives review IDs in numeric format, for example 11990822406. I'd like to use the new API described here to fetch any review response, but the new API only accepts an opaque review ID, for example 00000037-1653-fg99-8224-821b00000000. Is there any way to map from the numeric review ID to the opaque ID?

Developer account stuck in limbo (Case ID: 102451753655)
Hi everyone, I’m seeking advice or guidance regarding a frustrating issue with my Apple Developer Account that’s been unresolved since October this year. Here’s the situation: My account was fully functional from October 2023 until October 13, 2024. During that time, my enrollment as a US LLC was accepted, I paid the membership fee with auto-renew enabled, and everything was in order. On October 13, 2024, I encountered a problem where my account is now stuck in what seems like a “limbo.” When I log in to developer.apple.com, I see an option to “Enroll today,” but clicking it shows the error: “Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple ID is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” I’ve contacted Apple Support multiple times over the past month and a half. Each time, I’ve been told my case (ID: 102451753655) has been escalated to an internal review team, but I’ve received no updates, timelines, or resolutions. This issue is severely impacting my business, as my app is ready for release but cannot be published. I’m looking for advice: • Has anyone experienced something similar? • Are there alternative ways to escalate this issue beyond the usual support channels? At this point, I’m considering taking this issue to public platforms like Twitter/X and LinkedIn to get Apple’s attention. If the problem persists, I’ll likely need to involve legal representation.
