Hello, recently I've received such notice of termination. Right after they've reviewed and approved my app to the store. Pursuant to Section 3.2(f) of the ADP Agreement, you agreed that you would not “commit any act intended to interfere with the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple’s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, Custom App Distribution, or the Program.” Apple has good reason to believe that you violated this Section due to documented indications of fraudulent conduct associated with your account. Have you encountered this, and did you manage to get an answer or resolve the situation? I've already appealed and am waiting for a review.

Hello Everyone, I received the following message: "We’re reaching out because either your bank, an intermediary bank, or our banking partner will no longer process payments to the bank account you provided for vendor number ***. If you need to update your banking details, visit Agreements, Tax, and Banking in App Store Connect. Your Apple Developer Program membership is still active and you can continue distributing apps on the App Store. We apologize for any inconvenience." It is rather alarming. Our bank account is opened with “Priorbank” Joint Stock Company in Belarus, it doesn’t feature in any sanction or restrictions list. According to the information from Priorbank, its correspondent bank CITIBANK NA, New York, USA works with them in standard mode both for inward and outward payments. Please address the following questions: What is happening and why? Was this message an error? Does Apple still work with developers from Belarus? Can Apple send money to the developers from Belarus to their accounts in Belarusian banks? If so, to which banks? If not, what do you suggest doing? Regards, Alex

I applied for a personal developer account. After registering iOS devices at https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/devices/list, the status of each device shows Ineligible for 14 days. As a result, my project cannot be debugged with this account, and my app cannot be published in the App Store What should I do in this situation?

I'm having issue using Xcode Cloud with my developer account. I have active Apple Developer Program membership (Individual) associated with my Apple ID: Same Apple ID is the only Apple ID added in Preferences > Accounts in Xcode 13.4.1 (13F100). But with that setup, for any project I can try, Report Navigator > Cloud tab shows this error: Your developer account is not a member of a team that is eligible to use Xcode Cloud And Product > Xcode Cloud > Create Workflow... shows error This operation could not be completed. If I switch to a different developer account that I have (associated with a team, not individual membership) – the issue is resolved and I can start creating first Xcode Cloud workflow in same projects. Can Xcode Cloud be used with individual ADP memberships? If so, why my account is not eligible? How can I further diagnose the problem?

Hi, my apple developer membership expired as my payment method did not work, and now all my apps published have been removed from the store. I have tried going onto my account on the apple developer app, but there is no place to renew the app. All i get is the text "Renew your membership to continue accessing program benefits and services. Open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone or iPad, tap the Account tab, and sign in. Then tap Renew and follow the prompts. If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you'll need to agree to it again after renewal. You can view this agreement in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect." Apple support is not providing any info, i have gone to the agreements and there is no new agreement to accept, so i need help in how to renew my membership urgently and have my apps relisted.

I have applied for company developer account 2 months ago and still the process is under review ? is this a joke? After speaking to support several times they just say it is not known because the developer account team is different you just have to wait for update on your mail, there is no updates on why my membership account is not reviewed yet. this is really frustrating. I need my account ASAP!

I have had this notice for a while: Registration is being processed for these devices. They may become available for development and ad hoc distribution in 24 to 72 hours. Changes to device availability will appear in the Status column. The status for my new iPhone has been stuck in this "Processing" state. See image:

When I try enrolling in the Apple Developer Program (with this Apple ID), it asks for my ID for verification purposes. I tried 2 IDs multiple times, including a valid state drivers license, and it keeps saying that it cannot verify. The information in my Apple ID is consistent with the information on my IDs. Does anyone else have this problem, and is there a solution?

Hello, As title suggests, I tried enrolling into the developer program using the app on iOS device 2 days ago. I'm from India and I had option to pay via UPI. I paid the amount and amount got deducted from the bank but when I switched back to the Apple developer app I received pop-up that "Payment failed". I raised ticket for the same but no response from Apple developer support. Has anyone from India faced similar issue and how long does it take for the payment to get back in the account? Please suggest if I need to follow any addtional steps to get it done. PS: I checked my apple wallet and amount isn't their either. Thanks.

Bank Message: Rs.8700.00 has been debited from account **2749 to VPA appleservices.bdsi@icici on 15-04-23. Your UPI transaction reference number is 310515802971. This transaction is done from India. Please I request you to solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise refund my amount back fully.

While the bank app shows through in-app notification of having received the request from apple for payment, I don't find the payment acceptance appearing in the bank app. Therefore, unable to renew the developer account. Hello, I moved from France to Singapore And I want to pay and renew my Apple Developer account However it will not allow me to select France as the country (see iamge) I have changed my Apple ID Account Region to France, both through settings, browser and even Media purchases. And I have received confirmation email My French address and credit card are displayed however when I try to renew my Apple Developer account, it only gives me the option of selecting a Singapore address I no longer have a Singapore address and therefore cannot pay for my membership. I would be grateful for some advice or direction on how I can set my Developer Account purchase to France

Hi there, I have been unable to renew my Developer Program membership using the process posted on the website, and as a result my App has been pulled/removed from the App Store. Trying to get speak to someone on the support team has been the biggest frustration, as there is no quick way it seems to contact anyone except for raising a ticket via email. I raised a ticket early Saturday, however, it says it may take 1-2 business days to hear back. Is there any other way to expedite a case like this? When I try to renew from an iPad or iPhone with the Developer App running, there simply is no "Renew" button anywhere. I have tried multiple times, logging out and back in, with different devices etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I cannot complete my developer program enroll.

I have used my Apple ID for testing iOS17 developer beta by login to the Apple Developer program, but no any device enrollment, which meas, my ID seems to be an "free" account with limited previlgies, such as I can download iOS17 developer beta in my device with the same ID I mentioned. Now I want to leave this program, so that there will be no showing of "iOS17 Developer Beta" in the Software Update, at least want to have "iOS17 Developer Beta" disappeared. I serached in Apple Developer Program page but no where I can leave this program completely as leaving the Apple beta program for the public beta. Anyone can help here? Thanks.
