Resetting iPhone Mirroring credentials
I had iPhone Mirroring in MacOS 15 working, but something glitched on my iPhone and I had to perform a "Reset All Settings" and now I can no longer connect to my iPhone. I assume that some key has been cached when I connected initially, but I can't figure out how to reset the connection. Does anybody have any suggestion as to how to reset the connection?

Screen Time Crash Bug & Downtime Features Taken Away
I have recently noticed that ever since I downloaded iOS 18 Public Beta 1, I have been unable to get to the screen time settings, after clicking the tab, the app just freezes. Although after a while I did get to the Screen Time tab, but all of the previous changes to my screen time were voided. App limits, Downtime, you name it, all gone. While my app limits do not work, I noticed that downtime still functioned, but when my parent changed the downtime settings on their phone (running iOS 17 no betas), it did nothing on my end. I am currently submitting feedback to apple and am trying to find workarounds. On an unrelated note to this issue, I noticed that “One More Minute” and “Request More Time” aren‘t there anymore, does anybody have any ideas or workarounds on any of these?

Feedback Assistant, Apple Feedback wants me to install beta software
How to report a bug says "With Feedback Assistant available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web, it’s easy to report issues you encounter". The Feedback Assistant User Guide says "Tell Apple about your experience with beta or seed releases". Is Feedback Assistant only intended for reporting bugs in beta software? A year ago I reported a bug in Xcode 14 and now I'm being asked to verify this issue with Xcode 16 Beta 3. I'm not a beta tester and I don't want to install beta software. How should I proceed?

Cannot see Beta Update option for Developer Beta (no matter the device platform)
Apple Developer Support stated that they don’t have any technical support for this and suggested posting in the Forums or Feedback Assistant app. Hoping someone here may have encountered this before and maybe has a fix. On any of my devices (macOS, visionos, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and iOS) Beta Update will not show Developer Beta as an option for my Apple Account/ID. The only option would be Public Beta. As visionOS is only available for Developer Beta, this wouldn’t help with my workflow unfortunately. My question is whether anyone here has seen that Developer Beta did not show up under Beta Update and what they had to do to get that fixed.

NEED HELP !! my developer account was suddenly flagged for deletion/ Pending Termination
Upon further review of the activity associated with your Apple Developer Program membership, it's been determined that your membership, or a membership associated with your account, has been used for dishonest or fraudulent activity, in violation of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. Given the severity of the identified issues, your account has been flagged for removal. Because your account has been flagged for removal, any earnings payments are paused and app transfers are disabled. Creating new accounts after receiving this message may result in the termination of the new or associated accounts. Evidence of Dishonest or Fraudulent Activity App submissions from your account have repeatedly violated the App Review Guidelines in an attempt to evade the review process. After multiple resubmissions, the guideline violation(s) detailed to you in prior correspondence remain unresolved. what to do now

My account holder access is blocked
The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?

Unable to verify my identity for Apple Developer account enrollment
Initially, I had some issues enrolling in the individual Apple developer program. Then, I contacted support via email, and they finally requested that I verify my identity. I submitted my national ID for verification and then received an email stating that my identity was verified. After that, I tried to enroll in the Apple developer program, but the issue persisted even after they instructed me to proceed. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my identity was not verified. Here is the exact wording from the email: "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

iOS 18.2 Beta WKWebView Navigation Breaking loadFileURL for Local Files
I am experiencing a critical issue with WKWebView navigation in iOS 18.2 beta, specifically regarding the function webView.loadFileURL(_:allowingReadAccessTo:). In previous versions of iOS, this function works as expected when loading valid file URLs from the app’s local directory (e.g., Application Support). However, in iOS 18.2 beta, the function fails to complete the navigation, producing a provisional navigation failure with WebKitErrorDomain, code 102 (Frame load interrupted). This issue severely impacts our app’s ability to load essential local resources, breaking core functionality. Here’s a summary of the troubleshooting steps and findings: File and Directory Verification: The url provided to loadFileURL is valid. Both the file path and parent directory exist within the app’s sandbox, and the directory is accessible. Configuration: The code specifies the parent directory in the allowingReadAccessTo parameter to meet sandboxing requirements, which works on iOS 18.1 and prior releases. Testing on Stable iOS Versions: The issue is exclusive to iOS 18.2 beta; testing on earlier stable iOS releases confirms that the function works as intended. Impact: This regression severely disrupts the app’s navigation and content loading, effectively blocking access to local resources required for the WKWebView to display content properly. Adding devices to developer account stuck at "processing"
Hello, Typically, when we add a new device to our developer account, it’s available for use right away. However, we added two devices yesterday, and both are still showing a “processing” status today. We haven’t reached our maximum device limit. Is there currently a slowdown with Developer Services? Switching from Individual to Organization account using MY D-U-N-S number

I submitted two separate requests, each with a unique case number, and received notifications stating that my issue would be resolved within one business day. However, despite the passage of several business days, I have yet to receive any updates or solutions. I kindly request you to expedite the review and approval process for my account type change. Can’t use my account after registering for the membership program
I already filed a ticket with the support team, but they just told me that I need to wait. Honestly, I’ve been waiting for 2 or 3 months since the first ticket, so I’m curious if I did something wrong. The issue is that after registering for the program, I can log in to my account but can’t access the certifications page. It says that I haven’t registered for the program, even though I did, and I’m listed as both the account holder and admin. I suspect this problem occurred because I changed my email address. The last time I registered for the Apple Developer account, I used a different email, and this time I used another one. Has anyone else faced this issue? I’m new to iOS development, so please let me know if I did something wrong. Edit: I called the support team three times, and they told me to wait for the process. Now, three months have passed. I’m just curious if anyone here has received the same poor support as me.

Developer Account Stuck on “Enroll Now” after Approval and Unable to Proceed with Payment
Hello Apple Developer Community, I am encountering a critical issue with my developer account registration and am hoping someone here might offer insights or solutions. Background: Recently, I registered a developer account under my company’s name. During the initial submission, there was a discrepancy between the employee verification documents and the registered company name due to our company having multiple entities. This led to Apple cancelling my registration. I subsequently clarified the situation, resubmitted the correct verification, and received an email from Apple confirming that my registration was approved. Current Issue: After receiving the approval, Apple instructed me to accept the privacy agreement and complete the payment. However, when I access my account in the Apple Developer app, I still see the “Enroll Now” button, which remains greyed out, making it impossible for me to proceed with the required steps. This has halted the entire process. Steps Taken So Far: 1. I reached out to Apple Developer Support, explaining the issue in detail. 2. They escalated my case to another team for further investigation and requested additional documentation, including device information, account details, and identification. 3. Despite following up, it has been over ten days without any resolution or updates. Question: Has anyone here experienced a similar situation, or does anyone know of additional steps that might help resolve this issue? Is there a way to directly reach a specific department that can address this technical problem with the account status in the Developer app? Any guidance or recommendations would be highly appreciated, as this delay is impacting our ability to proceed with app development. Thank you very much!

Enterprise App Profile Installation Issue on iOS 18.1
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with our enterprise app profile installation on iOS 18.1. The app and profile installed correctly on previous iOS versions, but on iOS 18.1, the app installs successfully while the profile fails to install. Notably, this issue does not occur on all devices. We have verified that our certificates comply with the latest standards and are valid, and we’ve prepared a focused test project that can reproduce the issue. I’d like to know if Apple has suggested submitting a code-level support request for similar cases and if there are any additional requirements for profile installation on iOS 18.1. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be appreciated.
