I’m unable to install iOS 18.1 on my device , the update not show up on the developer beta update, how can I fix . i already installed ios 18, I have over 200 GB of space and I have an iPhone 15 pro max .

Does anyone know if App Store Connect (or any subset of Apple's toolsuite) has publicly available SOC 2 report? Or if there's a relevant email we can request that from. I tried security-certifications emails and got no response so it seems decently hard to find (didn't see on any searches/with aid of GPT). Thanks!

Apple Developer Support stated that they don’t have any technical support for this and suggested posting in the Forums or Feedback Assistant app. Hoping someone here may have encountered this before and maybe has a fix. On any of my devices (macOS, visionos, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and iOS) Beta Update will not show Developer Beta as an option for my Apple Account/ID. The only option would be Public Beta. As visionOS is only available for Developer Beta, this wouldn’t help with my workflow unfortunately. My question is whether anyone here has seen that Developer Beta did not show up under Beta Update and what they had to do to get that fixed.

I can't pay for my apple developer membership, I tried to reach apple support team and apple developer many times. Apple support says I need to contact developer team and after contacting developer team, I'am not getting any response.

Initially, I had some issues enrolling in the individual Apple developer program. Then, I contacted support via email, and they finally requested that I verify my identity. I submitted my national ID for verification and then received an email stating that my identity was verified. After that, I tried to enroll in the Apple developer program, but the issue persisted even after they instructed me to proceed. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my identity was not verified. Here is the exact wording from the email: "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

I requested an entitlement 2 weeks ago, and sent a support email 1 week ago. My developer account already had this entitlement, but I transferred the app (which was approved in the app store) to an organization I made it for. I haven't heard anything from Apple in two weeks, including NO RESPONSE to my email asking when I would hear back. Is this common? I'll call them on Monday but damn I delivered this product to the organization many weeks ago and now Apple is holding me up now with no indication of how much longer.

I did enrollment but when I get to purchasing it cannot proceed further, I wait up to 2 business days every time and nothing happens. I didn't get any help from support about this. My enrollment lasts about 30 days now. I'm not sure what is happening. Also there is no option to cancel it and to switch to individual account, because now I don't even matter about the type, because I need app to be published on App Store. Can someone please help? I'm trying to create my developer account for my organization This is what happened to me I registered through the web interface - I passed verification through a phone call. At the payment stage, after 3 attempts, I failed to make the payment without explanation for any reason, I filled out the form and waited 48 hours, but nothing happened I contacted support - I was advised to change the type of registration to the mobile application in order to make a payment through Apple Pay, I gave my consent and waited I went through re-registration (1 step only because I had to provide a photo of the physical person's documents) - after which I received a message that the application is being considered 3 months have passed since that moment - and my appeals to support do not solve anything, they stopped answering me, the last one was 10 days ago Tell me how to act - because I have a planned release and I still can't register an account, and the support does not provide any clear explanation or template response - which shows that no one reads what I write, and as a result of complete ignoring for 10 days, I am already waiting for a response and nothing

I've paid for apple developer account. The money went through my credit card. It's been 2 days. But when I check my order status, it says canceled. Account status says pending. I don't understand which one is true. Why I can't use developer account even though I paid for it?

Hi there, My developer is trying to access my account. He's got admin access but keeps getting "Join the apple developer Program" message. Even though we have signed up for the developer account. We are trying to setup certificates and Identifiers but gets a message saying the Team ID isnt associated with the an active membership. The apple ID that's shown isnt even the same as our apple ID. How do we get around this as I don't want to share my credentials with the developer. Thanks so much,

Hi there, I have a problem with certificates in developer.apple.com. We are trying to add a device to our current in-house certificate, but the site is saying we don't have any certificates available, even though there is one. On the first page, when clicking certificates, it shows that there is 1 active, but when editing the cert, it says no certificates available. Has anyone come across this problem, if so, how did you get around it?

We received an email from the Apple Developer Relations Team entitled "New iOS 18 security changes may affect your account." regarding accounts that share the same team name across multiple Apple developer accounts. The email includes instructions to contact Apple, but the email address provided in the email bounces back "550 5.1.1 unknown or illegal alias". I tried again a day later, with the same result. Who should we contact instead?
