stuck on apple's developers enrollment, without any answer for 10 days, i sent after that 3 support emails, again with no answer there is no available phone number on the site, please help

Hi, I hope it's ok to post this here as I'm on a bit of a time-crunch to have this sorted and looking to get this issue resolved. I just renewed my Apple Developer Program membership (annual subscription) and received my order confirmation (Order #W1411330632, placed February 28, 2026) for $1,749.00 MXN. However, my membership status still hasn't updated to active. Is this normal (a waiting period for a renewal). If not, could someone help guide me in the direction of whom to reach out to for support? Thank you for your help. Regards, Joe

On february 9, I tried to enroll to the developer program, I got charged and received and order number, the next day when I tried to see the status of the enrollment, the order number provided on the email confirming the order was not working, I've tried to get support through email, nothing happens; I've called about 20 times to Apple Support, nothing happens, they said they doesn't have direct communication to the Apple Developer department, I have two weeks plus trying to have an answer on email, and nothing happens, but you know what happened? They completed the charge on my CC.

Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I completed my Apple Developer Program enrollment directly through the Developer app on my iPhone. The identity verification and payment were successfully processed. However, when I log in via the web, I still see the message “Complete Your Purchase,” and my enrollment status appears as Pending. The system seems to be asking me to proceed with enrollment again, even though the process was already completed on my iPhone. I have received an invitation to a development team in the Apple Developer Program. Having filled the form out and completing the image challenge successfully, tapping on continue simply results in the button graying itself out. The JavaScript console shows the following error when this happens: { code: -4 data: "Destination unavailable. 500" message: "Application error." } I have tried this process in Safari, Chromium, as well as on mobile data on my iPhone, and the result is the same each time. I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep encountering this error message: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." Initially, I tried using a newly created Apple ID, and when that didn’t work, I attempted it with my older Apple ID. Unfortunately, I received the same error both times. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what might be causing it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I purchased a developer account approximately 4 days ago, on Saturday. The payment was successfully charged to my card and I have the receipt, but I have not received any approval. The status is still PENDING, and we are about to enter the 5th day without approval. How can this issue be resolved? We are also not receiving any responses to our support tickets.

Each year I get my renewal email from Apple, however, since 2019 (yes, this is the 4th year in a row) I've been unable to renew due to this infamous "Please enter fewer characters" error message. Each time I've had to open a support case, talk to someone on the phone, they take all of my details along with screenshots, etc. and manually renew my subscription. Once they've charged my card I never hear from them again and issue never gets resolved. IDK if any Apple Dev Support folks actually use this forum but this is ridiculous.

To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I've reached out to support twice now, no luck. Anything that worked for someone in the same boat? I have a test group planned and would need to apply my app for testflight as soon as possible to leave some headroom.

Hello developers and the support teeam, I have tried to enroll my apple developer account, but got charged twice. Firstly, I tried it with the developers iOS app and paid the fee with Apple Pay on my phone. I haven't received any approval/activation/confirmation email. After that I saw on my phone this message: enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available. Then I looked on the website for the enrollement and it said that I should pay again. So I did and now I got charged twice on my card and there is still the same message. Does anyone have the same experience? How do I get a refund? I have already created a ticket, but no answer yet...

Hello, My Apple Developer Program membership is marked as expired, but I am unable to renew it. The Renew option does not appear in the Apple Developer app or on the website. Both Free Apps Agreement and Paid Apps Agreement are expired. I am the Account Holder of the account. I have already submitted multiple support requests through the Apple Developer Support website under “Program Purchase and Renewal”, but I haven’t received any response so far. This issue has been ongoing for more than 20 days and is blocking access to my apps and agreements. Could an Apple Developer team member please look into this or advise how to proceed when the Renew option is missing? Thank you.

I've been trying to enroll as a developer but keep running into an "unknown error". I've even tried having the dev team call me and sending an email through the support portal but keep getting the message that my request cannot be processed. Even calling apple support didn't work as they were unable to connect me with the dev team. Any idea on how to get this sorted? Thank you!!

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Apple Developer Program. Yesterday, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and entered my Visa card details. However, later that night, I received a notification from my bank that the payment was charged but failed because my balance was insufficient. After that, I added funds to my bank account, withdrew/canceled my previous enrollment, and then enrolled again using the same Visa card. After re-enrolling, I received a notification from my bank and an email confirming that the payment was successful, with the order ID: “We're processing your order – D00****” However, when I try to track the order by clicking the link in the email or checking the order status, it shows the following message: Something went wrong. There was a problem with your request. Please try again. Could you please explain why this issue is happening and help me check the status of my Apple Developer Program enrollment?

Hi! I was wondering when the maintenance of the Apple Developer website will end as I need to register a new App ID for my project. I know that WWDC just ended, but is there an estimate for this?

Its been more than a week and my account is still in the same status as my developer account membership purchase is still pending This is frustrating for a developer to loose so many days spending so much of a premium just to get registered and even then facing this descrimination. For an Organisation of this scale, i think this will not look good. You take the time to scrutinise the developer but do not take his time, effort and their money. give a realistic timeline and not this far, which is not a good practice

Hello everyone, I am unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The payment (credit card) is accepted by my bank but systematically declined by Apple. Note: I am located in France. I have tried multiple times. The support team, via email, suggested I use the Apple Developer app. However, it is "not available in my region," so I have to go through the website. No other payment method is available: Apple Pay is greyed out, and there is nothing else. Support has not responded for weeks, despite my follow-ups. I am very frustrated as I need to launch my app quickly, and everything is ready on the Google side... Would you have any suggestions or solutions?
