(To all readers, moderators, AI, bots, etc: please avoid telling me to search the forum! Answer here. Thank you!).
No matter what I do, no matter which link or advice I follow, I can't end up at the invoice of my paid subscription. Not on screen, nor for download. Just as if it does not exist (emails doesn't count, it is just a receipt text).
I sign in, I go to Orders, I enter the order number (e.g. AEM079****), I enter the SAME email where I received the confirmation email for the purchase. At the end it says either "there was a problem... blah-blah, try again" or something similar to "The order number entered is already linked to an Apple ID.". Well, that IS ME, the same email.
I am really sick of this already, every time my accountant asks me for the invoice, I go to Apple hoping "let me find it this time". But Nope, never happened. And it is not onle me.
Can Apple solve this years-old-issue?
Please do NOT close this question until I (we) all get an advice or answer which REALLY WORKS! Thank you.
In case you have the knowledge how to to do this, post the answer here, do not forward me to some 5 years old advice or workaround. If you don't know, do not "guess". Thank you.
And yes, I am angry :-)

Hello,
I am inviting the users to access our Apple Developer Program as the owner of an account.
However when the invited users try to sign-up, they get error as :
"Your primary email address cannot end in @domain.com. Choose a different email address"
How to resolve this ?
Dear Apple Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding the behavior and limitations of silent push notifications on iOS devices. Specifically, I would like to understand the following:
Frequency: Is there a defined frequency limit for how often silent push notifications can be triggered? If so, what is the recommended or maximum frequency for sending silent push notifications to avoid potential issues?
Notification Limit: Is there a specific limit on the number of silent push notifications that can be sent to a device within a given time frame? If there are any constraints or best practices, could you please provide guidance?
Understanding these details will help ensure optimal implementation and avoid potential disruptions for users.
I appreciate your time and assistance. Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Akhil
Hello,
I am an Apple Developer and I have been unable to access my Apple ID for more than a week because of a verification code issue.
Every time I try to sign in to my Apple ID or manage my banking information, I see this error message:
“Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last verification code you received or try again later.”
The problem is that I am not receiving any SMS verification codes at all, so I cannot enter any “last code”, and I cannot complete the sign-in process.
I have already tried the following:
Waited more than 24 hours without requesting new codes, several times.
Tried signing in from different devices and networks.
Confirmed that my phone number is active and can receive other SMS messages from different services.
The issue persists and I am effectively locked out of my Apple ID.
This is a critical problem for me because it directly affects my Apple Developer work:
I cannot sign in to App Store Connect.
I cannot add or edit my banking information.
I cannot upload my app or submit it for review.
I also do not have another phone number that I can add as a trusted phone number, so I cannot simply switch to a different number.
I kindly ask for a concrete technical solution or manual intervention for my Apple ID, not just “wait 24 hours and try again”, because I have already done that multiple times and the error is still there.
Could you please:
check if there is a block or rate limit on verification codes for my account, and
help reset it or provide another way to verify my identity and restore access to my Apple ID,
or assist me with updating my trusted phone number after verifying my identity?
This issue is blocking my ability to continue development and release of my app on the App Store, so I would really appreciate any escalation to the appropriate technical team.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Daniil

Dear Apple,
I had successfully renew my membership with bellow email
"Your Apple Developer Program membership has been renewed for another
year and your membership details are below. We look forward to the innovative
new apps you'll bring to Apple platforms."
A few days later, I got another email
After several attempts, we're unable to collect payment using the payment method you provided to renew your Apple Developer Program membership. Your access to the Apple Developer Program has been disabled.
At https://developer.apple.com/account, It displays a button with "Enroll today" instead of "Renew membership". Clicking it show below error
"Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership."
I've tried getting support from https://developer.apple.com/contact/topic/SC1101/subtopic/30007/solution/select, but no reply after a few days.
All my apps are not able to receive notifications and I'm afraid it will be removed from PlayStore soon.
Anyone experienced such issue and anyway to get it resolved quick?

I‘ve been linking my userids in the backend using the server notifications when users subscribe successfully using appAccountToken.
Now i’m introducing an offer code redemption in my app using presentOfferCodeRedeemSheet. But i dont see a way to pass my user id for the app token
any solution or workaround? Thanks
A couple days ago I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, filled out my address and payment information, paid the fee, my bank account got charged, and I received an email with a receipt and order number.
The email with the receipt says the following:
To access your membership resources and benefits, visit Account on the Apple developer website. Simply sign in with the Apple ID you used to enroll. Please note that no package will be shipped to you, and you can begin using your membership resources right away."
If I click on my order number it says:
"Enrollment Complete",
"Electronically Delivered(Completed)",
and "Thanks for being a part of the Apple Developer Program.".
However, when I sign in to my account on developer.apple.com, and then click on account, it says
"Pending",
"Purchase your membership." and,
"To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.",
If I already paid and my order says, "Enrollment Complete", why do I still not have access to sign any builds.
I would think this would be instant approval being that I live in the US, and have already been charged, but I guess not.
Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so what was the resolution?

For iPhones 16 and below, orientation is applied in UIImage or CIImage, but not for iPhone 17.
The camera is front-facing, and it uses Vision to capture facial images.
Thanks for your help.

Hi everyone,
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on the evening of December 26, 2025, and the membership fee has already been successfully charged to my bank account. However, my account is still showing a “Pending” status with the message “Subscribe your membership.”
At this point, some time has passed and I haven’t received a confirmation email or any follow-up requesting additional information.

After an Apple Developer Enterprise Program account expires, can certificates and provisioning profiles still work if they are within their valid period? Do apps continue working for up to 90 days?
How long can it be extended at most after expiration?

Yesterday I went to log into my Apple account for business, which is connected to my developer profile and my live production apps on the App Store right now. It said I had the wrong password - which was weird, because I definitely didn't.
I went to Forget Password, and it said my account was locked and I had to request access to it.
I did, and I just got an email from Apple that my request was "denied."
I have no idea what's going on. I didn't do anything unusual recently, and my apps haven't even been updated in about a week.
I desperately need to get access to my apps again. Does anyone know what I should do here? I'm really quite panicked as again my whole business is on that account.

My name is Batsaikhan Uugantsetseg, and I recently paid $99 for Apple Developer Program enrollment. However, I have not yet been approved.
After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English. They suggested that I submit my driver's license instead.
Following that advice, I uploaded my driver license, and I received a confirmation from Apple Support that the document was received. However, I still haven’t received any further updates, and my enrollment is pending.
This delay is becoming critical. Initial Case ID: 102566848930

Hi all. I don't know where else to go in order to find a way to communicate with Apple or reach help.
I have enrolled to the Apple Developer Product, no money charged in my account by I have received confirmation of Apple Acknowledgement that I have made an order.
Specifically 2 weeks now I try to contact someone from Apple side but with no luck. Recently I received the following and I had a small conversation from them.
If you have additional questions related to this request, please > reference case number 20000089031868.
Ge***le -> this is the name of the support agent
Did I do something wrong from my side? Does anyone has the same issue?
I'm getting an error after clicking on a TestFlight Beta version invite from email. The error says The Apple Account you're currently signed in with, ****@outlook.com, doesn't match the one associated to this invitation.
The invitation was sent to the email that I use to sign into my Apple account (it is my apple id) and I am signed into my iphone with that account.
What can I do to get the invite to match up and go through with TestFlight?
