Fetching EKReminders doesn't work in watchOS2
EventKit seems unfinished in watchOS2. For example fetching EKReminders doesn't work properly. The code below should print out the names of EKCalendars and the numebr of EKReminders in each. It does exaclyt that in iOS, but in watchOS the reminders.count is always 0, unlesss the EKReminders have a non-zero priority. Instead of using the predicate to fetch the EKRemidners for a specifical calendar by specificing nil instead of an EKCalendar array, the fetch operation should return call EKReminders in the EKEventStore. Again this workse prefectly in iOS, but in watchOS2, the number of EKReminders returned is waaaaay off. For example on one device the number was 998 on ios and 5 on watchOS. I opened filed radar 22799964 on this issue.let store = EKEventStore() store.requestAccessToEntityType(.Reminder) { (granted, error) -> Void in if let error = error { print(there was an errror (error.localizedDescription)) } if granted{ let cals = store.calendarsForEntityType(.Reminder) for cal in cals{ let predic

Same problem here. It's not perfect, but I found a workaround.Go to your Google Calendar from a desktop web browser. In the left-hand column, find the calendar you want to see on your Apple Watch. Choose Calendar Settings using the drop-down menu for that calendar. One of the settings options will be private address. Click iCal and it will provide you a private link to your calendar that you can share. Copy that link and paste it into an email to yourself. Open that email on your iPhone and click the link. It will ask you if you want to subscribe to that calendar. Say yes and you will have shared your Google calendar with yourself. Then go to the Watch app on your iPhone. Choose General/Reset/Reset Sync Data. Pressing that won't give any feedback that you've actually done anything, but it's working. It wipes all the contacts and calendar data from your phone and resends that data. You should now see your Google Calendar on your W

Reply to Calendar Does Not Sync iOS 9/WatchOS 2
This is extremely frustrating... I'm on the road and this is my business phone lifeline to conf calls. My calendar and email is Google for work. I find that if I open the email and accept on my phone, it will add the event to my calendar. However, when it's an event I created, I can't do that. I have my settings for Google automatically adding an invite to my calendar whether I actively accept or not, so this workaround does work to keep phone and calendar somewhat in sync. If there's a change to the call in number or meeting room I won't get that. If I create a new event on my phone it won't carry back to web. And if I create a new event on the web it won't appear on my phone. This is embarrassing for Apple - All the fighting to get iPhone's approved as a company phone instead of Android has taken a huge step backwards!

I'm having the same problem. Upgraded the iphone6 to IOS9, then did the upgrade to 9.0.1. watchOS1.x was still in place and everything worked fine. Updated to watchOS2, and immediately lost all calendar events on the watch, though there appears to be no problem on the iphone.I have calendar feeds from iCloud, Exchange ActiveSync, and Gmail. All had been working until the watchOS2 upgrade event.I have unpaired and reinstalled the watch. no change.I have reset watch to scratch, and restored the previous backup to the iphone. no change.I have turned off all the calendars I have. then turned them back on one at a time, 15 min delays between turnons - still no change.I do get notifications, including alerts from the calendars (both exchange and gmail) but nothing shows up in the calendar list on the watch itself.---------------I did try the iCal suggestion above, it does feed the entries from goolge through. My exchange calendar feed is still not coming through

Indeed, same problem here ;-(Tried all earlier mentioned options without any result. - 1 corporate mail, 1 yahoo mail, 5 icloud accounts, ...- removed profiles- removed applwatch connection on iPhone and re-connected again- added and removed new calendar- icloud enabled sync / disabled and enabled again- installed Fantastic 2 and seems to be working (so syncing does work, only not with the original AppleWatch Calendar)Any other suggestions?

Reply to WatchOS 2 - Calendar data not Syncing
Hi Bonic -- I am using Fantastical to reflect my enterprise outlook calendar on the Apple Watch -- so I have not scheduled any meets using -- as far as I can tell you can see your enterprise list on the iPhone. However, on the watch you can setup events with limited options but I have not wanted to go beyond getting what is on my Corp calendar -/ hope this Calendar sync gets fixed -- I know a few folks that bought Apple Watches and are returning them as we all jumped in on the OS 2 bandwagon -- and are now wishing we did not upgrade -- Thx b
