Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. The Apple developer registration process is taking too long.
Hello everyone, I paid for an Apple Developer subscription, but after a week, about 7-8 days, I still don't have access to my developer funds. The subscription is active, but the money is debited. Please help me access and activate my developer account. I haven't received a response for several days, and I'm very upset. I just don't know what to do. They aren't responding to my requests, and the phone number isn't listed anywhere, so I can't call. The Apple Developer subscription is showing in the App Store subscriptions, the money is debited, the account is inactive, and my Apple Developer account is empty. Is the customer support even alive, or have they all switched to a useless and stupid AI and now they don't respond, even though they charge money without any problems?
The support team is absolutely useless here. I subscribed to a developer account and everything was fine; I received an email. But because there was a bug in their app, I signed up for a second subscription, and I cancelled the second one. As a result, I haven't heard back from support for a week, and I'm sitting without an account even though I paid for the first subscription. These dogs don't respond.

I purchased a $100 Apple Developer credit for my apple account , but the Apple Developer access hasn’t been granted to my account, and it still says “pending” and “complete purchases.” In other words, I can’t use what I purchased and can’t access it. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue regarding the Apple Developer license?

Escalation Request - no response over a week
Hello, I would like to request an escalation regarding my case request status(Case ID: 102853727157). My case was submitted on March 26 and contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times, and now it has been over a week still no response at all. It is showing "Your account cannot be created at this time" when I try to enroll, and also I have to migrate my personal account to a business account. Could you please escalate the case if possible and provide instructions how to proceed? If any additional information is required from my side, I am ready to provide it immediately. Your enrollment could not be completed error
I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, but I keep hitting a dead end. Every time I attempt to enroll, I get a generic error saying my enrollment could not be completed at this time, with no detail on why. I've reached out to Apple Developer Program Support by email about this but haven't received any response, which is why I'm turning to the community here. On my end, I've ruled out all the common issues. Two-factor authentication is on, I have a valid major credit card on file, I'm enrolling through the web rather than the Developer app, no VPN is active, and my Apple ID is email-based. If anyone from Apple can take a look at my account, or if someone in the community has run into this same error and found a fix, I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

Waiting for the Developer Account
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Developer Program 6 days ago and I'm still unable to access my account. I'm hoping someone here can help or that this gets the attention of Apple staff. Here's my situation: I enrolled on Saturday and completed the process on the website The fee has been successfully charged to my bank account I received both a purchase acknowledgement and an invoice from Apple Despite all of this, the Apple Developer website still shows "Complete your purchase" as if nothing happened I already opened a support case, but have not received any response whatsoever No activation, no update, and no communication from Apple I have proof of payment (bank statement, order confirmation, and invoice), so this does not appear to be a payment issue on my end. Has anyone experienced this and managed to get it resolved? Thanks guys.

However, my account is still showing as pending and hasn't been approved or activated yet.
