We have 2 developers: Developer A created a Bundle ID and configured Sign in with Apple, but didn't create a corresponding App. This Bundle ID is only used for login on our official website. Developer B created a Bundle ID, configured Sign in with Apple, and has a corresponding App. The issue we're encountering is that because these two Bundle IDs are under different teams, when using the same Apple ID to log into these two applications, different accounts are generated. (We've tested that when creating Service IDs under the same team, logging in with Bundle IDs under the same team generates the same account.) Since Developer A's Bundle ID doesn't have a created app, it cannot be transferred to Developer B. Therefore, we'd like to know if there's any way to make the accounts generated from logging in with the same Apple ID be identical across these two teams?

When I asked and inquired about help from several developers regarding that part, they all received different answers. Please review the answers below, and I would really appreciate it if you could guide me on how to proceed. Developer 1: Cafe24-based launch apps require a separate transfer of the login function. It does not affect if you do not delete the existing member data in the database, and you only need to activate the login function to the new developer account. Developer 2: Checking and analyzing existing servers and data - Transfer user data to Apple using Apple's Legacy User Identifier - Synchronize user data - Test and modify It has to proceed to the above four steps, and synchronization work is also required to maintain all of the existing user's data because all of the user's identification values change when the login function is transferred. Developer 3: It appears to be a task that needs to be stored in the server database by migrating from the user identifier created in the existing developer account to the user identifier to be used in the new developer account, which is not what the app is supposed to do, and it is recommended to find other experts. Hello Developers, I have ran into a problem while sending mail to apple private relay email. We have built a mobile application where user can sign up through apple and they can sign up using hide-my-email feature. Which provides private relay address for us. Now we want to communicate with them using private relay mail address. The technology we are using to send emails are amazon SES, have done SPF, DMIK, DMARC and added domains in apple identity services for mail communication, passed an SPF check as well. But still mail is not getting delivered what am i doing wrong or apple doesn't support third party apps for sending emails to private relay? Is there any other way to achieve this please let me know Using the same body as attached in image is working fine for rest emails.

I would like to know if there is any additional way to verify that the revoke api is working properly.

We are developing a captive portal for a community Wi-Fi service that will be deployed to thousands of locations around the world. The service is a paid service that sells Wi-Fi connectivity by data volume rather than time. We want to enable our customers to Sign in with Apple without giving them full internet access until they have made a purchase. This requires us to whitelist domains and URLs to make this work. Where can I find a complete list of domains that are required for Sign in with Apple to function correctly? It’s not possible for us to whitelist *.apple.com because that results in significant (free) background network traffic during the sign in process. So far we have whitelisted: account.apple.com appleid.apple.com appleid.apple-cdn.com idmsa.apple.com gsa.apple.com mzstatic.com Our customers are still having issues with Sign in with Apple while interacting with our captive portal in the iOS pseudo browser. How can we debug this because we cannot use the Safari developer tools with the pseudo browser. Are there any logs when doing this on a Mac that we can check in the Console? If we kick the user out to Safari then they are able to complete the Sign in with Apple process, but that is not the user experience we want.

We also contacted Apple Support via the Development And Technical option with Certificates, Identifiers, and Provisioning Profiles topics, but they directed us to code-level support, which excludes 3rd Party libraries so this does not seem appropriate for us. Does anyone have any idea of what might be wrong or suggestions for something we could try? We are able to get the pop up to open with an Apple login form, allow us to enter the credentials, but then when we hit continue the error occurs. My existing chrome extension has "Sign in with Apple" given that we have iOS users. In Safari Converted Web Extension, it opens custom Apple sign in flow, where it says: "Do you want to sign in to XXX with your Apple ID YYY?" and then with my mac password I'm able to authenticate. Afterwards, nothing happens. Expected: a redirect to the URL specified in the window.open. Now let's do a trick: I'll wrap the above window.open code into javascript setTimeout (() = {window.open (...)}, 3000) Because of security reasons, safari then won't open the popup after 3s and will display a notification in the toolbar "Popup blocked..". If we allow the popup, then it finally opens as a normal window popup and after sign in, it redirects to our backend and it successfully authenticates. Any ides what how to solve this? P.S. We're not able to use embedded Sign in with Apple JS - https://developer.apple.com/documentation/sign_in_with_apple/sign_in_with_apple_js/configuring_your_webpage_for_sign_in_with_apple script because we can't host a remote code in the extension (it will be deprecated soon). Hi, I have implemented Sign in with Apple on Android four months ago, and it work perfectly. We are using React Native with expo, using expo-auth-session and firebase function to get code back to start the token validation process. However, recently we start to receive invalid_grant with no error description while token validation, however the same client secret works on firestore without issue, which confuses us. According to https://developer.apple.com/documentation/technotes/tn3107-resolving-sign-in-with-apple-response-errors, the common reasons that I receive invalid_grant are: The client_id does not match the client for which the code was issued. The code has expired or has been previously consumed by the validation server. Is there any way I could differentiate whether is client_secret wrong or the code was used or any other reasons?

Hello there, we have implemented the Apple sign in our site, everything is working good except from two edge cases when the JWT returned by Apple sign in does not contain the user email, these cases are: When users choose Hide My Email when creating their account and later manually change their settings and turning off the email forwarding (Tested). For Apple at Work & School users. i.e. younger students may not have an email address. According to Apple docs, email could be empty for Sign in with Apple at Work & School users (Not tested). The problem is that we use the email to confirm the user authentication, but when the email is not present in the JWT, our system won't be able to find the registered user. We're currently working on a workaround for this, but we would like to confirm that these edge cases are known by apple and also ask some questions: Is it correct to say that: Turning off the email forwarding will cause that Apple's identity token (JWT) does not include the user's email address? Apple at Work & School users: is there a way to identify that someone is using this type of account? Is there any other known edge case when the email could be empty in the JWT? Thanks in advance!

We are developing a mobile application using React Native and Expo. Both the web application and the mobile application use the same backend (Django). For the mobile application, we added Google and Microsoft sign in via the same web-based OAuth/OIDC flow. For Sign in with Apple, we are using the expo-apple-authentication package to get the required native sign in experience. We are currently using "Sign in with Apple for the web": https://developer.apple.com/help/account/configure-app-capabilities/configure-sign-in-with-apple-for-the-web/ but we do not publish apps on the App Store. Because of corporate re-structuring, we need to migrate to a new Apple Developer / App Store Connect account. So we are looking to migrate "Sign in with Apple" users to the new account. Apple does provide guides on how to do it: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/technotes/tn3159-migrating-sign-in-with-apple-users-for-an-app-transfer but unfortunately, it only works if "Sign in with Apple" is used with an app published on the App Store (it requires app transfer). I'm using Apple Sign In in the JS app and I got a requirement to display some notes with links to privacy policy and terms of service inside the Apple modal, so users don't have to accept them after finishing authentication in the modal. Is there a way to add something like that? The sign in with Apple prereqs state that: you must have an existing app in the App Store that uses Sign in with Apple If you want to support sign in with apple on a website but do not need an iOS app specifically for that website is possible to have a "dummy" app that isn't released to the app store but will serve to support sign in with Apple?

We are trying to integrate "Sign in with Apple" and are facing an issue where all users who chose to use Apple's private relay with the hide my email feature are unable to receive any mail sent by us. We have added our domain, mail from domain & email address to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/services/configure and also verified the SPF. We also have DKIM setup. We use SES as our email provider and have added its SPF as recommended aswell.
