iAd Revenue Not Given in December Earnings?

Im in the same situationm November, December iAds money not given. 😕.
I sent an email and got a response saying that they would reffer my situation to the propper team. -_-

i am also not getting paid for iad earning for december 2015. hope Apple do something. I know iAd will stop working on the middle of this year.

ps: 2016 seems bad year for dev. ceasing of parse and iad. too bad.

I finally heard back from Apple on this. They said if I didn't get these payments by March to contact them again.

iAd being discontinued is terrible news for developers. I've only had bad experiences using AdMob. We now lose one of the few sources of revenue we have...

As it is, developers don't have that much of an opportunity to make money. I sure didn't get rich of iAd yet it was fairly reliable on every Financial Report, unlike sales of paid apps which are volatile and can often be nonexistant if you haven't had a new release for awhile.

So we have to grab third party frameworks...and trust a third party that they will actually pay you for what your app earned. I recently removed Admob as fallback ads in several of my free apps, choosing to only serve iAd. I'm surprised Apple is totally giving up on iAd, instead of just attempting to improve it. Didn't sketchy third party Ad SDKs introduce malware in the App Store several times?

Financial reports are distributed once a month and payments are given 60 days from the time they are posted. If you do not see your October payment by the end of January, please let us know.

I have already contact again, I am waiting for response.

I wasn't aware of the iAd shutdown, somehow I never get the e-mail. It is a big blow becasue

iAd was making much more money than other networks.

I used to use Admob for fallback but it was paying about 10% less.

I tried Millennia Media which was not much better, its SDK was making my app unresponsive (no close button). When I contacted them they say it is a bug in the current SDk and gave me link for the previous release. Pretty unprofessional.

I tried MoPub, which paid better but about 40-50% fill rate, although it was only fallback so it could be OK. Sometimes paid similar ECPM to iAd.

What other network would you recommend?

I'm also missing iAd revenue for the months of October, November, and December 2015. I contacted the financial department and they told me to contact iAd directly. Contacted iAd directly, and after a few responses, my issue has transferred to the proper team. It's been over a week since my issue was apparently transferred and I have not received any further communication. The support provided by Apple for its developers is horrendous.

Same issue here. They've missed 2 months iAD payment so far. Contacted Apple the first time - waited two weeks for them to respond to tell me to contact through a different contact 'option' in the drop-down menus. So much for customer service there. Not sure how difficult it would've been for them to forward a message to the appropriate team since its a guessing game which option is correct. 😠 But I digress...

I contacted them again and got a response saying someone should be with me soon. 3 weeks later, haven't heard a thing. Nice to know its not just me, but I feel bad for us all. Maybe this money should be earning interest. 😉

What's the deal, Apple? ⚠ 😕

To not pay us $ earned for an entire quarter is almost unacceptable. The richest company on earth should be able to pay me the $750 or $800 in ad revenue i'm owed. Did the entire iAd team already get fired and nobody is there to send the money out?

After recieveing no payment since Decemeber for Ad revenue. I thought I finally got this fixed, I was wrong. I was able to confirm the correct numbers I was missing and someone from Apple confirmed the payment was processed and I should receive it by end of March. However I was suprised to see that my finanicial reports has been updated with a payment date in early March. However it is not the correct numbers for what I am owed. Ugh whats going on with Apple. Contacted them and waiting to hear back.

I finally received a response from Apple:

"We have investigated this issue and found there was an error processing your payment. We are also currently investigating a technical error that is preventing financial reports from loading in iTunes Connect. While the reports may not currently appear, please be assured that your payments will be processed soon.

Financial reports are distributed once a month and payments are given 60 days from the time they are posted. If you do not see your November and December payments by the end of April, please let us know."

So I guess we will have to wait until April...

Please tell me you received the payment in early March?

I just had to get on 2 March, but the money was not((( And the amount of the payment was transferred(( and Apple did not respond to the letter. Don't know what happens to them.
