Usually the earnings for iAd show up in Payments and Financial Reports a bit after earnings from App Sales...but before the payment. For my December payment, I have not received any revenue generated from iAds. Are my earnings going to be rolled over to January? Did anyone get paid for iAds on this last December payment? There's no way I didn't earn any money from ads this month.
iAd Revenue Not Given in December Earnings?
I just received an email saying the February financial report is available. I can't see the report when I login. However, they are now showing me a figure owed, which seems to be roughly what I was expecting for the period Nov - Feb, and a payment date of March 31st.
Has anyone else had progress? It could be worth having a check today.
(My earnings are all from iAd - no app sales)
No progress for me. I got the Feb financial report. No iAd earnings on it. I'm still owed since Nov.
Yikes. Maybe next month? They told me to contact them again if I don't get it by the end of March as previously mentioned... would be nice to get my money...
same issue here,november,december,January,February.
I tried to contact Apple, via iTunes Connect-> Payments and Financial Reports,
Still no response after 7 days except an automated email.
I finally received a response from Apple iAd App Network Support:
"Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for any confusion. We have investigated this issue and found there was an error processing your payments.
Please be assured your missing revenue payments will be processed together with your next iAd Revenue payment as an iAd Adjustment. Payments are given 60 days from the time they are posted. If you do not see your missing payments by the end of June, please let us know."
I just received a new Financial Report that seems to include November, December, and January iAd payments. Check the "Taxes and Adjustments" column under the "Americas (USD)" row. The Financial Report is scheduled to be paid on the 31st of March. Hopefully everything goes smoother from here on out with iAd.
Nothing for me still on my Payments & Financial reports.
>Hopefully everything goes smoother from here on out with iAd.
iAd is being discontinued soon.
Have you received any of your sales data on your upcoming Payments & Financial report?
I'm aware of the discontinuation. I was just referring to the remaining payments they're going to owe me before they're discontinued.
I got a sales report, no iAd on it. They said to contact them again if I didn't get paid by the end of March...if I don't get it in the next few days I guess I'm going to have to give them a call and see what's up...
Last month, I was finally paid the overdue 3 months in iAD revenue I was owed. Only to find out this current payment cycle was missing yet another iAD payment. Whatever they updated really screwed things up. If they are aware something is wrong, you would think they would've had someone verify this month's iAD report posted properly and notified affected parties or at least did a global, "hey, this may occur...we are working on it" note.
Beyond aggravated.
They keep pushing the "Contact us again" date back for me. It is absurd.
They are discontinuing iAd and they are aware of an error in their system. It is a bug in their software. Yet the response we get from Apple is "If you don't get paid by such and such a date, please contact us." Did I mention such and such date is the "end of July"...three months away. I'm talking earnings that date back to November.
I imagine there are probably lots of hard-working indy developers and part time folks who make apps as a hobby who may not have noticed that they haven't gotten their iAd revenue.
What is Apple going to do for all those folks who didn't get paid and maybe don't even know it? If you made a lot of money off iAd you are probably going to notice not getting paid, but few hundred bucks from this dev, a few hundred bucks from that dev, it could end up being a lot of money. If they don't report it, is Apple just going to pocket the cash? Sounds pretty sketchy. I've reported it several times already and still haven't been paid.
