iAd Revenue Not Given in December Earnings?

I also haven't received any revenue from IAds for month of November. You're not alone:) I'm from Europe. I contacted Apple and I'm waiting for their response. I suggest you to do the same. If I know anything, I will let you know.

Still haven't heard back. Got Financial Reports for December sales now, but the iAd revenue for November is not yet on there either.

Did anyone get iAd earnings for November?

I still haven't received the fincanial report or payment for iAd revenue of November. I'm in the JP.

Assuming you haven't got a report or payment for November still? Have you for the report for December?

I managed to get a reply but it was a generic message saying "you'll received financial reports once a month and payments within 45 days".

Well guess what, we still haven't and now it's past the 45 days payment window. 😠

I replied rather angrily to that and they said "I want to assure you that I have forwarded your inquiry to the appropriate team for further review and follow up" - so another generic response.

If you email devprograms@apple.com they seem to reply faster than the contact form. I tried calling them and got sombody who tried to help, but they said the financial department is email support only so the only thing to do is wait for them.

At least I'm not the only person affected.

I got an automated e-mail a few days ago, saying what the terms were to get paid (45 days...and meeting a threshold). I'm fairly certain I met the conditions to get paid for November... I get paid for iAds every month, not a lot... but at least I get something.

I e-mailed a screenshot of the revenue earned for November in iAd dashboard.

Last e-mail I got they said they forwarded the issue to appropriate team.

My December report doesn't have my iAd revenue on it either. It's not an enormous amount of money, but it is money earned and I would like to get paid.

Between December and November it's like $450 ...like I said not a whole lot of money but I'd like to have it..making money on the App Stores is hard for an indy dev 😮

I got my financial report for December and it included IAd revenue and payment date. I hope you guys are not the only ones affected. However, I still haven't got my November report or payment.

I got the exact same issue. No Ad revenue report for november and december. Did not get paid for ads on last december payment.

I tried to contact Apple multiple times (on 4th January first) by email and using the contact form as well. Still no response after 15 days except an automated email.

Same problem here, no paymednt for November or December now.

I've logged 3 calls with Apple so far but keep getting bounced around to another group.

Lets hope they get it sorted soon.

Same here for December. I recieved the payment for everything else, but iAd does not even show up in the summary.

This is the first time it happened to me.

Any update on this, who to contact?
