GM2 - code already redeemed issue

Anybody solved it? Not in the App Store and have not already downloaded GM2. tx

Delete it from Applications (it's called Install MacOS Sierra) and then close and reopen the app store and it should say download again and you can grab the new version.

Ya, same issue here.

Same issue here. I hate when Apple does this. Give us a new code for a new GM.

Try to download again previous "purchase" macOS Sierra. It can be new GM2 seed. Like was before with GM

Same issue here with code already redeemed. Trying the purchase route to see what version appears.

No go on the purchase tab for me, states: DOWNLOADED

and yes...just re-download it from the App Store to obtain updated GM2.

You'd think that being on the Dev list that they would make this easy and a non issue. Not making us jump thru dumb-ass hoops to use the new build to do the testing that they clearly want us to do...

So to clarify, all you are doing is going to purchases tab, re-download and the ultimate version that ends up is GM2 ?

Thanks

Did the same, redownloaded from "Purchased". Even though the date is Sep 07, 2016 the build I got when it was done downloading and installing was 16A323.

Yes.

Same experience and I now have 16A323, the previous one being 16A320.

Edit: I was in too much of a hurry. Running two iMacs here with Sierra, I forgot to copy the installer.

Hi,

I have the same issue, I have 2 MACOS Sierra in purshased item. I have alrealdy downloaded and install both...

My version is (16A313a)

Idea?

Thanks.

Same here. I definitely have not got the "Install macOS Sierra" app anywhere on my Mac, and when I go to the Purchases tab of the Mac App Store, it says "DOWNLOADED" and it's greyed-out. Holding Alt/Option whilst clicking the tab does not enable the button.

Got a fix!

Go to this page: https://computers.tutsplus.com/tuto...ng-mac-app-store-download-problems--mac-50439 and try the steps in the section called "Apps Incorrectly Show Up as Installed".
