iOS 14 bluetooth problem

So i did install iOS 14 the beta version on my iPhone 11 Pro 256GB version. Got a few problems. Maby people know the solution for it.
  1. Bluetooth with mu Airpods Pro stops working after time. One moment it works perfect. Then the music stops and the connection in gone. Have to reconnect the bluetooth than everthing works again.

  2. Same bluetooth problem with my car radio.

  3. i Also have the problem that my phone stops working. Black screen and reboot.

Anymore know what to do with this?
Try turning off sound recognition, worked on iPhone 11 64gb with iOS 14 beta version 3
my Bluetooth continually disconnects and reconnects to various devices all day. Also now when i receive a phone call, my bluetooth trackpad will get disconnected for about a minute.
I am on the latest beta, but having a similar problem.

When i connect the airpods, i can take a phone call or listen to music and they work perfectly, But after that first phone call, if o were to get or make another, the call connects, abut neither myself or the person on the other end of the line can hear each other.

The only solution is to put the AirPods back, then reboot the phone. It then works, but once the second call comes in

same thing happens

these are three week old AirPods and an iPhone X. And only started happening when i downloaded the latest beta
Cant use airpod when call to someone
Hi I have the same problem, iPhone 11 max pro, my microphone on iMessage or WhatsApp app doesn’t work, I reset the AirPods Pro several times it didn’t work, if I reboot my iPhone it’ll work for a few times and again go to dry line nothing ...
either the iMessage should be updated or the AirPods firmware
The problem I have with my Airpods Pro is when answering/making phone calls. What I do is switch the audio to either speaker or phone and then switch it back to my Airpods Pro. It is annoying but we are all participating in the Beta program to get these kind of issues fixed

Hi friend,

Hope this helps you.

Go to Settings, Privacy, then turn off location services.

Cheers.
I had this issue in iOS beta 4, but after upgrading to Beta 5, I don't experience it anymore.
This is the same issue that happens with every major IOS beta rollout. It happened (from memory) on 12 and 13.
Basically the early versions seem to mess up bluetooth connectivity to speakers, headphones and cars.
I still have an issue with the compatability with my Ford and iOS 13.6.1 where the connection drops after 10 seconds - 40 seconds of silence then it reconnects - everytime.

I've given up on the beta programe because of these issues.

The final staw was the incompatability with the OS Maps app - the map would not load until the offical release of IOS13's GM.

Proceed with caution.

In all iOS 14 builds I keep having Bluetooth disconnects. I have Apple Watch 3 connected and bluetooth earphones connected. Then often Bluetooth disconnects and in CC the bluetooth symbol is greyed out en when going to settings Bluetooth is suddenly off en often not be able to turn it back on.

Restarting sometimes fixes this but often not. I have managed to extract this log when this happened.

It seems that this is the issue? I am not sure if this a issue with my iPhone X or a broader iOS 14 issue.

Hello everyone,

Has anyone found a solution to this problem other than turning off location services? I tried that and, unfortunately, it didn’t work.
same here, My bluetooth will work fine after first connection. but when I wake the phone, bluetooth setting showing its connection, but there is no sound. I have to disconnect the bluetooth and reconnect the bluetooth to get my sound back, but I find myself doing that several times to get my sound back. Normally I have to disconnect and reconnect several times for my Airpod pro to work, and for galaxy buds need two cycle to get it work. need update on this Apple!!!
Same problem, it was before on early versions of iOS 13, then it was solved by updates, and now on iOS 14 it’s reappeared (not a beta, but a public release )

Fixed: I solved this problem with Reset all settings from iPhone Settings.

Thanks.
Hi there. I installed the IOS 14 on my iPhone X and when I use my AirPods and I’m on the phone, I can’t hear any sound for text alerts or sound alert when you plug the power in. These were all sounds I could hear via my AirPods while on the phone prior to the install. Are there any suggestions to fix this? It’s so inconvenient to be on the phone while doing things hands free and miss text messages or have to check for a text message every so often.
thanks and be safe. 🌺
I downloaded IOS 14 (the official) and when I’m using my AirPods the Bluetooth disconnects suddenly and then reconnects again, everything stops, even when I’m listening to nothing.
New iOS 14 is dropping Bluetooth connection for Bose 35 Series 2 and Airpods (original version).

Same as described by others:
  1. While listening to streaming music or my music library

  2. Device loses connection (Bose headphones announce that Bluetooth connection lost)

  3. Bluetooh connection re-established ~5 seconds later

  4. Must hit [play] again to resume music

I don’t have AirPods but I had my watch paired with my phone and ever since updating to 14 my Bluetooth just refuses to work and has unpaired with my watch and won’t pair back to it. Bluetooth will with say “unavailable” or turn on for a minuet pretend like it’s searching for something to connect it to then turns off grays out for a minute and just isn’t working....
I think I found the answer. Try turning off your Apple Watch. When I turn mine off it works perfectly. I think there’s some bug going on between the watch and the phone.

I’m no expert so I’m curious if this fix works. Please let me know.

I’m in open communication with Apple about this issue now.
I removed the play app from my Apple Watch and it seems to have fixed this issue for me. Not a perfect option but it will allow you to use all three devices until they fix this issue.
What do you mean with the play app @Christa4252 ?
