We are sadly needing to take our apps out of the app store completely (company is shutting down), however we have some users with active subscriptions.
I don't see a way to cancel those individual subscriptions in App Store Connect, and although we asked all users to cancel their subscriptions by today, some have not taken action.
Does anyone know: once we take the app down, will Apple recognize that the subscription is no longer valid and will they simply cancel/remove it for the remaining users?
If not, does anyone know the correct course of action for us here? I can't seem to find any help articles on this.
