ITC : We can't process your request.

After uploading a build , itunesconnect went crazy and i'm not able to update my next version information or build. I get to the error page https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/wa/defaultError

with the message

"

We can't process your request.

Try reloading the page. If the problem persists, contact Us.

"


Any idea about this ?

Also having the same issue when trying to submit a new build for review, very frustrating!

Same here. I called in, they said many people are having this issue. Send me an email asking for details to reproduce, and said they will escalate. I recommend calling in to add your voice! +1 (800) 633-2152

Same issue here, will be a long night if they don't resolve it fast (time-sensitive event)

Also having this issue, I urge you all to follow the contact links that are displayed and send off a screenshot and details so it gets resolved ASAP.

I have the same problem. Today I've uploaded two apps in two different accounts. One show me the error page, and the other one seem to work, but I can't choose the build to submit for review! 😟

I've just had an email from Apple stating that they're aware of the issue and working on it to get it resolved.

Same issue here, started after I uploaded my latest build around 3:00 PM EDT. They said they'd send me an email with instructions for screen shots, etc, but I never received it. Sounds like they've had enough reports that they don't need more from me.
