ITC : We can't process your request.

After uploading a build , itunesconnect went crazy and i'm not able to update my next version information or build. I get to the error page https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/wa/defaultError

with the message

"

We can't process your request.

Try reloading the page. If the problem persists, contact Us.

"


Any idea about this ?

I always use Safari for itunesconnect.


I can't submit my app for review because none of my builds (apparently they were uploaded successfully) are appearing!!!

Ah remembering one thing I changed to get my last submission to work. I had to add some description info in the plist file. See below for details. Roughly you have to add usage info for specific things:

<key>NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription</key>

<string>Photo Library used to add pictures in app</string>


Adding a couple usage descriptors worked for me just now!

Same problem here, using Chrome.

But, ITC sitll opens from my android mobile.

Same problem. I contact with Apple and the reply was to delete browser data and cache. Still not working. Any fix?

Same problem here, though I see that I am here some months after other people were here.


I also cannot figure out how to contact Apple support for this issue. I clicked on "contact us," but the contact-us page gives me just pull down menues with no emain form to send. I wonder what I am missing...

okay, I am answering my own question. It was the browser, an old firefox. I used Google chrome, everything was fine. Sorry to have bothered you.

I have exactly the same problem with one of our 2 apps, which I submitted 3 days ago. I have followed the instructions by contacting Apple from the contact us link.


No replies so far.


I have tried to access the App page directly - with no success - on 2 macs, 1 PC and even Safari on an iPhone.

Clearing the cache doesn't help either.


I can access the second app with no pb.


I'm going to file a bug with Bug Reporter.

If anyone has any idea on how I could fix this, I'll be very grateful.

I've the same issue here. I submitted my build over a day ago and I dont see that build set to be added to the new version profile I created around the same time. I didnt receive any response nor did the status. I would like to know how long will it take to have the build appear in the new version profile. The app is just 4 MB.
