Questions related to in-app subscriptions

I'm developing a platform with a mobile app and a web app. To access these apps the user needs a paid subscription.
According to the App Store guidelines the mobile app needs to use Apple's billing system, but I want to know if the guidelines allow me to use another billing system in my web app to charge the subscription and allow access to the functionalities of the mobile app.
