I have been using Transporter app to deliver apps to AppStore, however it uses to end up in a confused state sometimes, and it is now occuring quite frequently after I have installed Mac OS Monetery & Xcode 13.2.1 (13C100).
Here is the issue I face; when I start delivering an IPA to appstore, it starts at very handsome speed (depending on the upload speed being offered by my Internet Service Provider), the upload-completion percentage would reach upto some 50%, then may be gradually to 60/70/80%, but then all of a sudden it drops back to 20/30%(even 0% sometimes), and it would startover. And this loop would go on repeating itself, until it would end up showing some upto 10% completed and remaining time in hours instead of minutes.
*Used to face the same issue, on Big Sur as well, but the issue was far less frequent.
