Screen Time Randomly Turned On

About last year I got my screen time of with the help of a friend because I forgot the password to it. I went to sleep last night and when I woke up it was turned on and now I can’t get it off. I have school at 7am and the time right now is 8:36 am and the screen time is still on. I remember when I first set it the end time was 7, but now Idk when it starts or ends. The apps were chosen at random too. I can still go on YouTube, Safari, and Messages so the screen time is useless. I want to know why it randomly turned on because not being able to access my apps is really annoying.
